Community ValueEach year RTD contracts with a third party to administer our Community Value Survey. The survey is sent to a random sample of community members and asks them to provide responses on their use of RTD, satisfaction level, and basic demographic information.Customer ExcellenceEach year RTD contracts with a third party to administer intercept surveys of our customers. Surveys are administered to passengers willing to respond and provide input on satisfaction, use of services, and basic demographic information.Employee OwnershipEach year RTD conducts an internally administered survey of all employees willing to respond. The survey asks employees numerous questions. Topics include satisfaction with RTD as an employer, advancement opportunities in the agency, and likelihood to remain.Financial SuccessRTD values transparency in our financial stewardship. To ensure transparency, RTD publishes six financial metrics we believe are valuable to monitor.
