Planned Service Disruptions

Rail Maintenance Impacting L Line Service Tuesday, March 25

On Tuesday, March 25, from the start of service until approximately 5:00 p.m., RTD will suspend L Line service to conduct essential rail maintenance.

  • Customers can explore Bus Route 43 as an alternative to the L Line
  • D and H lines will continue to operate
  • Use RTD Next Ride to plan trips and view Service Alerts
  • Service will resume when work concludes at approximately 5:00 p.m.

Light Rail Speed Restrictions

Speed restrictions are in place for E, H, R and D line trains traveling along the Southeast Corridor. The 10 mile-per-hour speed restrictions will be in place until necessary preventative maintenance work is completed. As repairs are made to isolated sections of track, speed restrictions will continue to be lifted. Learn More

Free MallRide Detour

Free MallRide shuttles are currently operating along 16th Street between Union Station and Curtis St, and 15th and 17th Streets between Curtis St and Civic Center Station as construction on the 16th Street Mall continues. Click here to learn more about schedules and current detours.
