RTD to provide A Line shuttle service Aug. 21, Union Station to Central Park Station
A portion of the RTD A Line service will be replaced by shuttle buses Wednesday, Aug. 21, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. between Union Station and Central Park Station. This will enable federally required testing to be performed by Union Pacific Railroad and Denver Transit Operators (DTO) at Steele Street and Holly Street crossings, and maintenance work by DTO at the Clayton Street crossing.
A Line trains will operate as scheduled between Central Park and Denver Airport stations. Bus shuttle service will be offered between Union Station and Central Park station at the following locations:

- Union Station, Gate B22 (underground bus concourse)
- 38th•Blake Station, board shuttle in front of the station
- 40th•Colorado Station, Gate B
- Central Park Station, Gate B3
Rail service to the airport will resume following completion of the work. The first train with continuous service to Denver Airport Station is scheduled to depart Union Station at approximately 5:00 p.m. The first train with continuous service to Union Station is expected to depart Denver Airport Station at approximately 4:42 p.m.
Customers are encouraged to plan ahead and prepare for extra time for bus shuttle transfers to or from the airport.
