RTD Customer Care extends hours
Beginning Monday, the Regional Transportation District (RTD)’s Customer Care will extend its telephone support hours to 6 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Customer Care reduced its hours in March as a result of staffing shortages. Staffing levels have improved, allowing the increase in hours. Hours for Saturdays and holidays remain as 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (closed Sundays). RTD’s Digital Customer Care services remain monitored 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
