RTD to update Title VI Program, seeking community feedback

Agency asking public for feedback on its draft Title VI Program Update through May 14

DENVER (April 7, 2025) –– The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is accepting community feedback on its draft 2025-2028 Title VI Program through May 14. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act ensures equitable access to transit services and compliance with federal regulations. RTD’s Transit Equity Office updates the Title VI Program every three years and is seeking input on several key components, including the agency’s Public Participation Plan, Title VI Policies, and Language Access Plan.

Community members can review and provide feedback on the proposed updates on RTD’s Title VI Program page. RTD is committed to ensuring that everyone can participate in the feedback process.
