Robert Diaz attended New Mexico State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice. During college, he successfully completed an internship with the United States Marshal Service. Diaz worked as a police Officer for the Department of Defense at White Sands Missile Range, NM until moving to Denver, CO. Diaz later worked as a Police Officer for the Denver Police Department until becoming a sworn Transit Police Officer and Manager Video Investigations for the Transit Police Department.
