Civil Rights Division to host open houses this spring and summer
The Civil Rights Division’s Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) office will host open house events May 28-July 11 with Bus Operations, N Line Commuter Rail Operations, Light Rail Operations, Customer Care and Contracted Services to answer operators’ questions, address their concerns and identify ADA-related issues that operators are experiencing.
The purpose of these events, hosted annually beginning in 2023, is to help operators understand ADA best practices by providing answers to frequently asked questions based on feedback and complaint data compiled by the ADA office. To learn more about ADA policies, please refer to the ADA Office page on the Hub. For more information or to request an ADA open house for your office/division, please contact Tameka McMillan.
