Access-a-Ride has transitioned to new scheduling, reservation platform

RTD’s Access-a-Ride has transitioned to a new software platform called QRyde after several months of operational testing. The platform was specifically designed to improve customer reservations, scheduling and dispatch functionality.

The transition to QRyde follows months of testing, customer feedback, and a comprehensive assessment of the platform’s performance. QRyde replaces Routematch, RTD’s previous paratransit software platform.

Since February 2024, RTD has been beta testing QRyde and working closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure the platform meets all goals and expectations. The months-long operational testing has focused on a full assessment of QRyde’s software modules, including reservations, scheduling dispatch, drivers, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), trip verification, auditing, and reporting.
