RTD customers have the option to use or exchange any unused 2020-23 10-Ride and Access-a-Ride ticket books through January 31, 2024.

Unused 2020-2023 Ticket Books can be used for travel on RTD through January 31, 2024.
Exchange
Unused 2020-2023 Ticket Books will be accepted for exchange through January 31, 2024. Customers can exchange for 2024 fare products by mail or in person at RTD Sales Outlets beginning December 18, 2023.
Exchange By Mail
To exchange paper ticket books by mail, including bulk exchanges, use the Exchange Rate Chart to determine the amount of credit. Select the 2024 fare products(s) that you want to purchase (Standard 10-Ride ticket books, Discount 10-ride ticket books, or Access-a-Ride ticket books). You can only order full ticket books, and the value of your order must be higher than the amount of the credit. Calculate the remaining amount due and mail the expired paper fare products along with a check or money order made payable to RTD.
Please include your name, address, phone number, and fare product types and quantities for your order. You can also submit the 2020-23 Ticket Book Exchange Form. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your 2024 fare product(s).

Exchange In Person
You can receive credit towards purchase of 2024 RTD fare products for up to 20 ticket books in person at RTD Sales Outlets at Civic Center Station, Union Station, Boulder Junction at Depot Square Station and Denver Airport Station. Use it towards the purchase of any 2024 fare product(s) or MyRide stored value. Give MyRide a try and take advantage of fare capping! The value of your purchase must be higher than the amount of the credit. Click here for Sales Outlet addresses and hours. Exchanges cannot be made at third-party sales outlets such as King Soopers and Safeway.
