RTD to attend Denver Workforce Center event with many opportunities for job seekers

Want to bring your talents to work for RTD? For two days next week, job-seekers can stop by Denver Workforce Services’ newest workforce center, at the Wellington E. Webb Municipal Office Building, to learn more and apply for key frontline positions on the spot. RTD employees will be on hand to provide information about opportunities available throughout the agency.

RTD will accept applications for all positions from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., June 27 and 28.

There will be a focus on different career opportunities each of the two days:

• Tuesday, June 27, will focus on open positions in rail operations.
• Wednesday, June 28, will focus on open positions in bus operations.

A $4,000 signing bonus is offered for certain IT and cybersecurity positions, as well as key positions that include bus operators, rail operators, train engineers, body shop technicians, general repair mechanics, signal power maintainers and electro-mechanics.
