Service Change

RTD seeks public feedback for proposed May service changes

Virtual meeting options available starting March 3; service changes go into effect May 25

DENVER (Feb. 13, 2025) –– The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is providing customers the opportunity to share feedback on the proposed May service changes. Customer feedback is important to ensure a more efficient and responsive system that serves community needs. The proposed changes are formulated to improve reliability and on-time performance and address seasonal school adjustments. Several changes are proposed to advance the RTD System Optimization Plan (SOP) which identifies improvements to the transit network to better meet the needs of customers.

The proposed changes will take effect Sunday, May 25. Two virtual meetings, both via Zoom, and one “Ask a Service Planner” virtual meeting will be held on the dates below. The Ask a Service Planner meeting on March 4 is an opportunity for customers to ask questions and speak directly with an RTD service planner about proposed changes.
