RTD offers updated mental health and safety cards in English, Spanish
All RTD light rail cars and fixed route buses will have updated mental health and safety cards starting in September. Resources are streamlined to conveniently fit on a single card with English on one side and Spanish on the other. The card features a QR code for customers to access a mobile version.
Customers can find the cards near the paper schedules and maps on vehicles. RTD is providing the cards to support customers who may need a variety of support services. The agency vetted all organizations on the card to ensure they were able to help customers. Resources include human trafficking and domestic violence hotlines, veteran and crisis support, among others. The new streamlined cards replace a trifold brochure with resources RTD previously offered on its vehicles.
A digital version of the new mental health and safety resource card is available on the Partners in Safety webpage.
