RTD Impact Team: A customer support program

RTD's Impact Team, launched in May, deploys nearly 40 employee ambassadors to key transit points during peak service times, major events and service disruptions. The team provides on-site real-time customer service, answering questions, helping customers use the MyRide, Transit Watch, and NextRide mobile applications gathering feedback for service improvements.
