Free MallRide to temporarily detour April 9-11 around third party work
16th Street Mall Project crews began sanitary line work between Wynkoop and Blake streets on Monday, April 7, with the staging of project equipment between Wynkoop and Blake Streets and a single-lane closure on Blake Street.
As soon as Wednesday, April 9, lasting through late-April, 16th Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic between Wynkoop and Blake streets – this will include full intersection closures at Wazee and Blake streets. Please note, traffic impacts in the Blake and 16th Street intersection will last through mid-May due to additional concrete work.
The RTD Free MallRide route will be affected during this work. In an effort to keep the shuttle on 16th Street as much as possible during this work, the detour route will be as follows.
RTD Free MallRide Detour Updates
