Crews to pause work through the end of the year at Table Mesa Park-n-Ride
RTD will pause work on the parking structure at Table Mesa Park-n-Ride beginning Friday, Dec. 22 and extending through the end of the year to free up additional parking for customers over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Crews will return in January to complete the work.
RTD began performing necessary repairs to the Table Mesa parking garage in July. The work involves partial closures of the parking garage as crews remove and replace concrete joint sealant and make minor concrete repairs in various locations throughout the parking structure.
Customers who plan to utilize the Park-n-Ride during holiday airport travel can also find additional available parking spaces at Broadway and 27th Way, US 36 and McCaslin and US 36 and Flatirons.
The work at Table Mesa Park-n-Ride is the first part of a larger project to replace concrete joint sealant in four RTD parking garages throughout the district. Other locations include Park-n-Rides at US 36 & Sheridan, Lincoln Station (work is expected to begin Dec. 19) and University Station. The project is expected to be completed in summer 2024. The work is not expected to impact transit service.
