Using Transit Watch app alerts dispatch to use live look-in cameras

When customers witness something unsafe, they can report it on the Transit Watch app and alert RTD Transit Police Dispatch. With information from the customer, dispatchers can locate the incident in real-time and look into the vehicle to see if the incident needs intervention.
