RTD commemorates Black History Month

February is Black History Month and this year’s theme is African Americans and Labor. Black Americans have played a critical role in the workforce for transportation from the early days of railroad construction and streetcar operations to making vital contributions as bus operators, mechanics and transit workers today. Transportation affords opportunities for jobs, education, healthcare and social connection. Learn ways to honor Black History Month locally.

Bus shuttle service planned on A Line Feb. 15 between Denver Airport and Peoria stations

RTD will perform necessary maintenance that will affect commuter rail service the morning of Saturday, Feb. 15, on the A Line between Denver Airport Station and Peoria Station. Regular A Line service will operate between Denver Union Station and Peoria Station. Learn more.

“Live Tracker” replaces “Commute” on Next Ride to provide real-time tracking

To better serve customers, RTD has updated the real-time vehicle tracking feature on its Next Ride application. The feature formerly known as “Commute” in the web-based trip planning application is now called “Live Tracker,” following an update that went live on Feb. 6. Learn more.
