Operators Of The Month

Owen Gondwe - April 2024 Operator of the Month

April 2024: Owen Gondwe

April’s Operator of the Month is Owen Gondwe from the Platte Division! Gondwe was nominated for assisting with moving a large pole that had fallen onto Pena Boulevard, causing traffic to back up. Gondwe assisted others in getting the pole off the road so that traffic could flow freely again. His efforts reduced what would have been a very lengthy delay down to just 14 minutes.

Gondwe’s manager notes that he is a long-time employee who rarely ever misses work, always volunteers to help where needed, and is always smiling when at the division.
