Marcey Martinez - June 2023 Operator of the Month
June 2023: Marcey Martinez
Operator of the Month Q&A
This was back in December and I totally forgot to call it in but during one of those snowstorms we had, Marcey was driving the first AT bus of the morning. I was stuck at the airport, there was an issue with her bus that she needed to get back to the garage. She told me she could take me up to the East Metro garage, she then took me down there and I waited for her to get her replacement bus and took me back to the Arapahoe at Village Center Park-n-Ride, where my car was parked. I really appreciated this because I was going to be left stranded at the Airport for 3 hours, if it wasn't for her courtesy I would've waited hours in negative degree weather for the first bus to come out. She was just so personable, pleasant, super friendly and I really did appreciate her very much.
