10-Ride, Access-a-Ride paper tickets to be accepted through 2023

RTD will be accepting all 2020 and 2021 10-Ride and Access-a-Ride paper tickets as valid fare payment through 2023. This is to accommodate customers who have purchased tickets before and during the pandemic and have not yet returned to riding RTD. In addition, RTD’s ongoing fare study and equity analysis is expected to result in fare changes taking effect in 2023, and as such all paper ticket books issued in 2022 will also be accepted as valid fare payment through 2023. The validity period of mobile tickets will remain unchanged.

RTD strives to consistently provide value to customers and deliver high-quality customer service while acting as a strong community partner, and the agency believes extending the validity of these tickets aligns with these goals.

RTD 10-Ride Ticket Books contain 10 tickets valid for three-hour travel on Local or Regional bus or train service. Access-a-Ride Ticket Books contain six tickets, each valid for a Local one-way trip on Access-a-Ride service. Both types of ticket books can be purchased online, at RTD Sales Outlets, and at participating King Soopers and Safeway stores. To learn more about fares and ticket books, click here.
