Welcome to RTD’s Customer Access and Accessibility Engagement Survey Hub!
RTD is committed to creating a transportation system that works for all people, regardless of their ability level. Your voice is essential in helping ensure that RTD services meet the needs of all customers including seniors, people with disabilities, and anyone who may require additional assistance or support.
Why Your Input Matters
This survey is an opportunity for you to share your experiences and challenges while using RTD services. It is also an opportunity to emphasize your recommended solutions and general suggestions regarding RTD services. By participating, you will help RTD do the following:
- Identify the best methods to access information
- Prioritize improvements for facilities, vehicles, and services
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards

We encourage all customers to take part, especially:
- People with Disabilities
- Elder members of the Community
- Caregivers and Aides
- Advocates for accessible transportation
How to Participate
- Online Survey: Complete the fully accessible survey online on PC or mobile browser at the following link:
- Paper Copies: Available at RTD Sales Counters or mail by request; also available alternative formats. For alternative formats please email [email protected]
- In-Person Assistance: Visit our community outreach events for individualized help completing the survey

- Start Date: January 6, 2025
- End Date: February 28, 2025
Your Feedback in Action
The results of this survey will be reviewed by RTD’s ADA Office and used to shape future projects, policies, and initiatives. A summary report will be published on our website by March 31 2025.
