Due to a non-RTD accident that occurred near Yale Station, E Line service is operating every 30 minutes between Denver Union Station and Southmoor Station, and every 15 minutes between Southmoor and RidgeGate Parkway Stations. Additionally, the H Line is running on a 30-minute frequency between Florida and Southmoor Stations.

December's Operator of the Month is Frank Sintas from Boulder Division! Sintas was chosen for his willingness to coordinate with bus dispatch to request an overflow bus for some customers who were left behind due to their bus being at maximum capacity, making sure they were able to get to their destination with little delay.
